The villa is situated approx 40mins drive from Faro airport, most of this being on the motorway. It is situated in rural surroundings but all amenities are within easy reach by car i.e. beach/village 10 minutes. There is also a local shop about five minutes walk away which has many of your basic requirements. There are many golf courses in this area one of them being the new Monte Rei course which we believe will be open for use from 2007.
.The village itself is called Villa Nova de Cacela which has all amenities, but the nearest town, Villa real Santonio, is situated about a 15min drive away. Whilst there you can take the opportunity to visit Spain which lies across the river at Villa real Santonio.

The Annexe
This is fully self contained and has 2 bedrooms, it is ideal for the children to have their own place, it has a television, DVD and a play station or for guests. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. It has its own entrance and parking.

 
 
The Garden
There is approximately 2600 square meters of land all laid to lawn or paved plenty of space to chill out. There is plenty of parking. The barbecue area has benching with a table and sun lounges.The pool is 10 mtrs x 5mts and can be heated

You will be meet by Jackie; there will be a welcome pack on arrival.
The villa is cleaned once a week and all bedding changed.
The pool is cleaned once a week and the gardens attended to once a week.
